In addition, Trent Cole was not injured before the start of his week 16 game, and contributed 11 points, but he's listed as out in week 17 due to an injured none , which might severely limit his fantasy production. Based on projections from FantasySharks.com, RAVENS can expect a 24 point effort from Michael Turner in week 17, who is expected to beat the Carolina Panthers defense for 115 rushing yards and 2 rushing TDs in addition to 10 receiving yards. "We have to eliminate the mental mistakes," RAVENS coach Rey Rey said. With their 94 points, RAVENS is now the proud record-holder of the 10th-highest weekly point total in league history.
RAVENS were led to their 65 point victory by a 31 point effort from Osi Umenyiora, who beat the Washington Redskins offense for 3 tackles and 2.0 sacked a qb. With this performance, Umenyiora was the number 4 ranked defensive end for week 17. "I'm really proud of the way our guys hung in there," RAVENS coach Rey Rey said. BEARS drew the short straw with their schedule this week, as their point total would have resulted in a win against 10 out of 10 other potential opponents in week 17. This brings the record for RAVENS to 10-3, and drops BEARS to a record of 5-8. | ||
